Q: I have multiple domain names pointing to one site, how does this affect my changes?
A: You will need to change the ‘CNAME’ and ‘A’ Record for your primary domain name only. For your other domain name(s), they should be forwarding to your primary using URL forwarding (e.g. forward www.emeraldpublications.com to www.emeraldconnect.com). If you have multiple websites, please refer to the next question.
