Q: How do I log into the webcast?

A: When you registered for the webcast, you should have received a confirmation email. In that email are login instructions.

Q: I'm logged in and it says I'm viewing the Emerald desktop, but all I see is a blank (or green) screen.

A: Surprisingly, the solution is to log out and log back in. This happens to about 1 in every 20 people. Logging out and logging back in has resolved the issue every time.
